tack. is a small tool, but it leans on the work of others. This page exists to say thank you to the people whose photography, type, and code made it look and feel the way it does.
Photography
The cover image used on tack.’s social-sharing card and marketing graphics is by DS stories on Pexels.

Typography
- Manrope by Mikhail Sharanda, used for the UI. Licensed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1.
- JetBrains Mono by JetBrains, used for coordinates and code. Licensed under the SIL Open Font Licence 1.1.
Both fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Iconography
The toolbar and button icons throughout the app are Heroicons — a free, open-source SVG icon set by the makers of Tailwind CSS, licensed under the MIT licence. The tack-pin wordmark itself is a custom mark.
Hosting and infrastructure
- The site is built with Hugo and styled with Tailwind CSS.
- It is deployed to Cloudflare Pages on Cloudflare’s edge network.
- Anonymous, cookie-less page-view analytics run on a self-hosted install of Umami.
